More on change

I had lunch with one of my ex parthers today. Great to catch up with the gossip and remeber what its like to eat in a decent restaurant!

Given my ramblings about change going on here, I was fascinated to learn how much had changed at the old firm in such a short period of time since I left. The whole organisation has changed structurally with new management matrices etc. Just shows that its the world out there, whether its commerce or the charity sector, which is changing so fast and forcing change on the rest of us if we want to keep up.
